You can cancel a Pipplet test in a few clicks and get the credit back.

To cancel a Pipplet test the candidate must not have taken the test yet.

To cancel a test before it is taken, follow these steps :

Select the candidate who you would like to cancel the test invitation of
Click on the "cancel test invitation(s)" button





Once these steps are completed, the credits will be immediately returned.
