Are you having trouble validating your ID?



Here are some tips to help you:

1 - Restart your browser


Close and reopen your web browser. This can often fix small issues.

2 - Clear your browser cache


Sometimes, your browser's cache can cause problems. To clear it:

Google Chrome : Click on the three dots in the top right corner, go to "Settings", then "Privacy and security", and click on "Clear browsing data".

Mozilla Firefox : Click on the three lines in the top right corner, go to "Options", then "Privacy & Security", and click on "Clear Data".

3 - Check security settings


Make sure your browser's security settings are not blocking the process. Temporarily disable ad-blocking extensions or high-security settings.

4 - Complete the identity verification on your phone


If it still doesn't work on your computer, try using your mobile phone. Mobile browsers are often less problematic.
